A new philosophy for supporting children and families on the autism spectrum.
Whole Health ABA was born from a simple but powerful observation: traditional ABA therapy, while effective for addressing behavioral goals, often overlooks the broader health and well-being of the child. We saw children struggling with sleep, digestive issues, limited diets, and sensory overload — challenges that directly impacted their ability to learn, engage, and grow — yet these factors were rarely part of the treatment conversation.
We founded Whole Health ABA to change that. Based in New Hampshire, we built our practice around the belief that meaningful, lasting progress comes from treating the whole child — not just the behaviors that bring families to our door. By weaving together evidence-based ABA therapy with nutritional support, physical wellness, and deep family engagement, we create a treatment experience that is as comprehensive as it is compassionate.
We are not just another ABA provider. We are a team of clinicians, wellness advocates, and family partners who believe every child on the spectrum deserves care that honors every dimension of who they are.
To provide comprehensive, holistic autism services that go beyond behavior to nurture every aspect of a child's health — including nutrition, physical wellness, and family well-being — because every child deserves care that sees the full picture.
A world where autism care is truly whole-person care — where providers routinely consider diet, movement, and family health alongside behavioral goals, and where families feel fully supported, empowered, and seen.
We don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Here's how our philosophy sets us apart.
While most ABA focuses on observable behavior, we look at the underlying factors — gut health, sleep patterns, sensory needs, nutrition — that influence how a child shows up each day.
Our whole-health approach is grounded in research. We integrate established ABA methodology with emerging evidence on nutrition, exercise science, and family systems therapy.
We celebrate who your child is. Our goal is never to make them "less autistic" — it's to help them build skills, find comfort, and live more fully on their own terms.
Therapy doesn't end when the session does. We invest in parents, siblings, and caregivers because a supported family creates a supported child.
No two children are alike. Every treatment plan is custom-built around your child's unique profile, strengths, challenges, and family goals.
We work alongside pediatricians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and schools to ensure a unified, coordinated approach to your child's care.
We'd love to tell you more about how whole-health ABA could help your family.
